Great first six weeks

The first six weeks of school have been great! Students are getting to their classes on time, ready for good and exciting instruction. Teachers and staff thanks so much for being in the halls each day to welcome students to school everyday and welcoming them into your classes each day! I think Character Counts and our Collaboration times are going very well on Thursdays. My hope is that the end results are good for our students in and out of the classroom.

Remember, six weeks tests are the week of September 26th. September 30th is early release day for students and staff development for teachers in the afternoon.

Friday-September 23rd we are playing Abernathy High School in football at Highland Park. Please come and support these young men at 7:30 p.m.

Saturday-September 24th we are are playing River Road High School in volleyball at Highland Park. The games starts at 11:00 a.m. Please come and support the Lady Beasts Hornets volleyball teams.

Remember this for month... A SMILE IS CONTAGIOUS; BE A CARRIER.
