Welcome to the Highland Park PTO!  Our goal is to volunteer our time to enhance the educational experience of every child in school.  We are an independent organization and do not belong to any state or national organization, nor do we support any political platforms.   We keep all of our funds we raise locally and spend them on our school.

Our mission is to promote open communication and understanding between parents and staff as Highland Park Elementary School.  Our dedication is to enhance and maximize the education of every child while aiding them to achieving their highest potential.
