Information needed to bring to the appointment is; · birth certificate, · proof of income (2011 income tax or W-2 forms), · Individual Education Placement (if the child has disabilities) · Proof of TANF or SSI benefits
After School Program Campfire USA Offers KIDS CARE at Highland Park KIDS CARE is an after school program Monday-Friday on our campus. Child care staff provides homework help, activities, snacks, service learning, and lots of fun!!! Cost is $40.00 weekly.
