Enrollment Requirements

Students entering HPISD schools from other accredited schools are admitted at the level authorized by individual transcripts.  PK, K and 1st grade students must provide a copy of a birth certificate to enroll.

Students enrolling in the HPISD must provide satisfaction evidence of required immunizations, proof of residency, and Social Security numbers are requested.

New Students

Please bring the following items with you for registration:

 1.   updated immunization records 

 2.   birth certificate

 3.   proof of residence

 4. student’s social security card  or other proof of Social Security Number
