& Family Diversion Program: Potter & Randall County families
Potter Co: 468-5711 (Erin)
Randall Co: 468-5700 (Carla Thurman)
These programs are for families that have tried everything and their child is
still in trouble. The child does not have to be on probation. It is
a Saturday class for parents and child. The classes are held at the
Detention Center by officers and counselors. They give a tour of the
facility, work one-on-one with child and parent and provide referral
information. This is a confrontational program so parent must be
willing to support that. The program is free and held monthly. Call
for dates.
