About The Teacher
This is my fifth year of teaching. I graduated from West Texas A&M University in May 2002 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies. I have been teaching fourth grade at Highland Park ever since August of 2002.

My family includes my husband of 2 years and our border collie dog named Ringo. We do not have any kids yet, but maybe someday.
Some of my favorite things to do are reading (usually Nicholas Sparks novels), watching movies, listening to country music, cooking out with friends, surfing the Internet and traveling when I get a chance. I enjoy spending time with my husband, family and friends.
